This was made by C. Meakin, a Staffordshire pottery company in Burslem, England, one of the famous "Six Towns" that formed the heart of England's ceramic industry.
Charles Meakin operated during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, producing durable ironstone and earthenware for both the British and export markets.
