Poterie Renault Crock

These vintage ceramic beauties hand made in France are no longer in production and are a true and rare treasure!!  Once the inventory is gone, these collectible relics of the classic French kitchen will be gone forever.

In 1846, Stanislas Renault opened a workshop on the grounds of an old castle in the Loire Valley, France. Made from local grey clay and finished by hand, it was his salting technique that produced a glossy, textured finish that made the pieces iconic. For 5 generations the family run company used the same sea salt and kiln to craft these classic kitchen staples found all over France. The company shut down in 2016.

Each one may vary slightly in color.
